I help people reduce anger, anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. If you are struggling with these issues in your life or your relationships, I can help. I provide counselling and skills training to adults experiencing stress, conflict, anxiety, anger, overwhelm, and life transitions. I use a practical and skills-focused approach to help clients experience stress relief, conflict resolution, and greater personal and interpersonal well-being.
As an individual and couples therapist at Shlomo Radcliffe & Associates, I utilize a variety of approaches including ACT, CBT, and facilitative dialogue to help my clients reach their personal and relationship goals. Our work typically includes learning practical skills that help tame the fire and stress, while simultaneously engaging in exploration regarding your values and helping you move towards the life - or relationship - that matters to you.
People make progress in their specific goals for therapy when the approach is one that truly works for them - and considers how their existing skills, qualities, and values can be used in the process of making significant changes in their lives, relationships, and futures. If you'd like to learn more about my approach call or email me today.
