As a Master of Social Work Student, I am passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen their emotional resilience.
I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, focusing on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I value collaboration in therapy, working together to identify goals that are meaningful to you and tailored to your unique situation. My style is empathetic, supportive, and respectful of each person’s lived experience.
I draw on evidence-informed approaches, including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to support clients in managing stress, processing emotions, and navigating life transitions. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Whatever you bring to session, I am committed to listening with an open heart and helping you work through your experiences with compassion and understanding.
