I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, specializing in supporting individuals with ADHD, depression and anxiety. I integrate evidence-based therapies, such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), into my work.
I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they work through their challenges.
