How Does This Work?
Counselling and psychotherapy services can be expensive and financial limitations and budget constraints can make it hard to access the help you need when you need it. We are happy to be able to now offer options for free psychotherapy in Toronto at our clinic offered by our practicum student therapists.
If you are interested in free counselling in Toronto through our psychotherapy clinic, you can reach out to us below. We are offering 5 free counselling sessions with our practicum student therapists for anyone interested. There is no need to prove financial need or share financial circumstances; this option is available to all clients seeking therapy. At the conclusion of your block of 5 free sessions you will have the option to continue with low cost sessions with your therapist if you are interested. In cases of financial need and hardship, we may be able to extend free sessions on a case by case basis and based on our therapist availability to offer these spots.
Low Cost Counselling in Toronto
If you would like to continue sessions beyond the block of five free sessions, you have the option to do so with low cost counselling options. You can continue sessions for $50+HST per session with your practicum student therapist.
