Affordable and Low Cost Toronto Counselling
High-Quality Care. Community Rates.
Professional Support, Supervised for Excellence.
Finding affordable psychotherapy in Toronto can be challenging. Many people fall into the gap where private therapy feels out of budget, but they do not qualify for crisis services.
Our Student Training Clinic was created to bridge this gap. We provide immediate access to evidence-based mental health support for a flat, accessible fee. By working with a Master’s-level student intern, you receive compassionate care without the high price tag or long waitlists associated with public agencies.
Our low-cost program is not "discount" therapy; it is a training initiative committed to clinical excellence.
-
Master’s Level Clinicians: You will be matched with a student therapist currently completing their Master of Social Work (MSW) or Counselling Psychology residency. They are selected for their clinical skill, empathy, and professional promise.
-
Expert Supervision: Every student is closely supervised by Senior Psychotherapists. This means you benefit from a collaborative team approach to your care—getting the energy of a new clinician backed by the expertise of a senior practitioner.
-
Immediate Availability: Unlike many low-cost options in Ontario, we do not have a 6-month waitlist. You can often speak to someone within the week.
