Pursuing Master of Social Work at Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work
**Waitlist Only**
As a Master of Social Work student, I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges, develop resilience, and foster personal growth. My work is guided by a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that values each person’s unique experiences and strengths.
I am committed to creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, having their emotions acknowledged, and exploring meaningful paths toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide a therapeutic space that is collaborative, compassionate, and shaped by a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective.
In my practice, I employ techniques that foster a strong belief in the importance of a trusting therapeutic relationship. I approach each session with empathy, curiosity and tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of my clients. I use techniques such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and supportive counselling.
My experience includes intake and mental health assessments, psychometric testing, empathetic listening, emotional validation, and crisis intervention. Combined with my background in education, mental health services, and crisis support, these skills have shaped my trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.
I am here to work alongside you in recognizing your strengths, building effective coping strategies, and creating meaningful steps toward the life you want to live, whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, major life changes, or challenges with emotional regulation
