Radcliffe Psychotherapy Clinic is a multi-disciplinary practice. Clinical services are provided by Regulated Health Professionals or by Student Practitioners (Interns) practicing under the direct clinical supervision of a regulated professional.

Student Practitioners & Clinical Supervision
Radcliffe Psychotherapy Clinic serves as a clinical training site in addition to providing psychotherapy services.

Supervised Practice: Services may be provided by graduate-level Student Practitioners (Interns). These individuals are not yet members of a regulatory college but perform clinical work under the authority and direct supervision of a senior Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker.

Informed Consent: Clients will be informed of a practitioner's student status prior to the commencement of therapy.
Privacy & Accountability
Health Information Custodian (HIC): Under the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA), Radcliffe Psychotherapy Clinic acts as the Health Information Custodian.
Privacy Officer: Shlomo Radcliffe serves as the designated Privacy Officer for all inquiries regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal health information.
Governing Law: This website and its services are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
