I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with six years of client-facing experience. Although my background in Applied Behavior Analysis enabled me to see clients of all ages, I currently work with individual teen and adult clients with a variety of presenting concerns of which include ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Interpersonal and Coping Skills. I am passionate about working with a diverse client population, therefore, my practice welcomes differing communities (i.e., LGBTQ2S+, Sex-Positive, Nonmonogamy, Body Positivity, etc.).
I hope to provide each client with the support and guidance they are looking for through an individualized and collaborative approach. In a safe and non-judgmental space, I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework. Although I value an integrative approach to therapy, I am drawn to a psychodynamic orientation, to explore the root of the issue at hand.
